Power Sentry is the cConsumer Electronics Division of Fiskars Brands Inc. Critical to our success is hiring a Director of Supply Chain and GLobal Procurement for our Plymouth, MN office. The qualified candidate will report to the VP/GM and be responsible for planning and directing all purchasing functions. |

Requirements |

Responsible for inventory asset management purchase plan formulation and maintenance vendor negotiations, cost out planning and competitive (BOM) analysis. Formulates and tracks all RFQ documentation. Needs to have complete understanding of international sourcing (shipments/delivery). Must have experience in dealing with freight forwarders. Candidate will work with demand planning department and must be familiar with production/sales/inventory (PSI) planning model. Overseas travel required. Works closelyo with product development and sales as it relates to on-line delivery of product. Responsible for managing supplier stockingprograms. Develop analysis and recommends changes to current supplier portfolio based on factory efficiency, capacity and NPD opportunities. Additional requirements:
- Microsoft Office
- Strong negotiating skills
- Chinese language proficiency
- Strong leadership skills
Work experience and education: 5+ years experience Manager of Global Sourcing and Procurement; BS degree, MBA preferred. |
