NASSTRAC collects membership contact information, registration
data, and other information (including e-mail addresses) through its various
industry initiatives. This is done to help us provide our members with the
best value, service, and timely information regarding relevant products
and services from NASSTRAC and appropriate third parties.
NASSTRAC is dedicated to protecting personal information and will
make every reasonable effort to handle collected information appropriately.
All information collected, as well as related requests, will be handled
as carefully and efficiently as possible in accordance with NASSTRAC's
standards for integrity and objectivity.
NASSTRAC provides an electronic membership directory to encourage
networking
among members. NASSTRAC reserves the right to also provide the member
list
to other third parties if the association sees member value to doing
so.
However, it is our policy to provide all members with the option
to keep
their contact information private outside of the membership directory
by
providing members with the following Opt Out statement:

distributed to the general NASSTRAC membership, please send your
