huge impact on how carriers do business - and ultimately how they can
service shippers. During this panel discussion, key executives from small,
mid-sized, and regional carriers and package/parcel carriers will shed light
on how consolidation is having an impact on their businesses and what they
do for their customers.

business. These range from changes in the rules for HAZMAT drivers,
interstate tolls, hours of service, and the elimination of fuel surcharges
to homeland security, border protection, and C-TPAT, to name a few. During
this provocative session, logisticians will give their insights on how their
companies are being impacted by new legislation, and will provide ideas on
how to best implement and change strategies to be most effective in this
changing landscape.
