What Your Exhibitor Package Includes

• If you are an Exhibitor, your package includes basic pipe and drape, two paid conference registrations for your staff, 50% discount on additional registrations for your staff, 1 free room night at the Buena Vista Palace, 2 free New Shipper Guest Passes, a listing on the Expo Web Site, a 100-word description in the conference booklet, a listing on the Expo game card, and access to the pre-registration attendee list.

All Exhibitors Please Complete These Five Steps:

1. Formally register your comped attendees using this link. (If you need to register additional people above and beyond your comped registrations, just register them at the discounted Exhibitor Rate of $450).
2. Make your hotel reservations at the Buena Vista Palace at 1-866-397-6516 at $169 for a single or double room per night, plus applicable taxes. Then email Brian Everett with the individual to receive the comped room night by April 2, and he will ensure that room is comped upon your check-in at the hotel.
3. Email your 75-word company description, which will be featured in conference take-home booklet to Nancy LaRoche by March 26.
4. Send 2 New Shipper Guest Passes to invite customers or prospects. What a great way to add value to your relationship with them and to ensure that your most important shippers are at NASSTRAC! The only requirement is that they be a transportation decision-maker with a manufacturer, retailer, or distributor, and have not been to a NASSTRAC conference before. 5. Order any on-site services you need using Audie Exposition Services.
