The Buena Vista Palace Hotel & Spa is located right inside The Walt Disney World Resort®. It offers guests special privileges such as access to Disney golf courses and transportation to all Disney theme parks. Make sure to take advantage of all this area has to offer when official NASSTRAC activities are not happening.
NASSTRAC has negotiated a discounted room rate of only $164 plus applicable taxes for one room night (Water View, Downtown Disney View, and suites also available for additional costs). Reservations can be made by calling 866-397-6516 or 866-246-6563. All rooms require a one-night's deposit. Individual guest cancellations will be accepted up to 5 days prior to arrival. Hotel will apply an Early Departure Fee equal to one night room and tax based on the rate for that evening to the guest's individual account for any guest who fails to inform the Hotel of a change in departure and/or length of stay at the time of guest check-in. Check-in time is 4:00p; check-out time is 11:00a. The above discounted room rate includes a $5 per room night that will be credited to the NASSTRAC master account to help offset conference costs.
Optional Resort Fee
In addition, each guest at the time of check-in will be given the option to accept or decline the participation in the Resort Services Program in the daily amount of $10.95 plus tax. This gives you wired/wireless in-room internet access, 24-hour Cyber Café access, unlimited local and toll-free telephone calls, unlimited self-parking, daily membership to Fitness Center, Disney bus transportation to theme parks and more!
Ground Transportation
Mears Transportation is the preferred provider for transfers to/from the Orlando International Airport. The cost per person for shuttle service is $21.00 one-way or $34.00 round-trip. For reservations, contact Mears Transportation directly at 407-839-1570. Mears Transportation also has a kiosk set up in the baggage claim area of the airport.

Dress
Business casual attire is recommended for all conference activities. Speakers and exhibitors are encourage to wear business attire as appropriate.
