Buena Vista Palace Hotel & Spa
NASSTRAC has negotiated a special room rate for single or double occupancy (prices coming soon), plus applicable city, county, state or federal taxes. Hotel arrangements must be made directly with The Buena Vista Palace at 1-866-397-6516. Be sure to ask for the NASSTRAC rate.
 
All rooms reserved require a one-night’s deposit by guest check, money order, or valid credit card by the reservation date of March 27, 2009. After this date, room rates and reservations cannot be guaranteed. Individual guest cancellations will be accepted up to 5 days prior to arrival. The deposit is refundable to the individual guest if timely notice of cancellation is given and a cancellation number is obtained by the guest. Check-in time is 4:00p and check-out time is 11:00a.
