2016 Sponsorship Sales Program Information


Join other leaders in the field who have made the decision to become NASSTRAC sponsors. Industry partnerships help advance the NASSTRAC mission.

 

The sponsorship levels outlined below offer select opportunities for various sessions/events. In appreciation for your sponsorship support, NASSTRAC will recognize your company with valuable benefits and privileges available only to our sponsors.

 

Sponsorship levels are built by combining our different à la carte items to reach total spend for sponsorship levels.

 

The levels and benefits from each level are as follows:


DIAMOND LEVEL

Total in Sponsorship Items: $12,000 +

Level Benefits:

2016 Items/Events to Sponsor


The à la carte menu of sponsored items and events is as follows. You can pick any combination of the available items or events to build to your desired sponsorship level (see above) for the 2016 NASSTRAC Shippers Conference & Transportation Expo.



CONFERENCE ITEM SPONSORSHIP OPPORTUNITIES:

 

Pit Stop (4 total):

$3,000

Pit Stops are destination locations on the NASSTRAC Expo Floor.  The Pit Stop is a 10x10 lounge space on the show floor and will be promoted throughout the event.

ONLY ONE PIT STOP IS STILL AVAILABLE 

 

Conference Signage:

$1,500

Your logo will be included on onsite conference signage.
Conference Onsite Program: $150
Your logo will be featured in the onsite program with your company profile.

Guest Room Key Cards:

$5,000

Each conference attendee staying at the hotel will receive a guest room key card branded with your logo.

Conference WiFi:

WiFi will be supplied for all conference attendees for 3 days. Signage will be placed around the conference recognizing you as the sponsor.

Bottles of Water:

$8,500

You will provide up to 1,200 branded disposable bottles of water for the conference. The bottles will be set out in the expo hall for educational session for attendees to use.

Large Equipment Display (minimum 400 SqFt of Display space):

$27 per square foot

Display that new truck engine or tractor.  The equipment will be conveniently placed right outside the expo hall for attendees to see. You will be able to sit with the equipment during expo hours.

Badge Holders:

$5,000

Each conference attendee will receive a badge holder branded with your logo.

Pens:

$2,500

You will provide up to 1,200 pens for the conference. The pens will be set out in the expo hall for educational session for attendees to use.

Registration Package Inserts: $750

You will provide 500 flyers or other inserts for the conference.  NASSTRAC will pre-approve the inserts and they will be given all attendees when they check-in at the conference.

Mobile Charging Stations: $3,500

A mobile Charging Station will allow your company to gain exclusive visibility throughout the conference while providing attendees with an opportunity to charge any type of cell phone or smartphone.  As the mobile charging station sponsors your company logo will be placed on the station.

New to NASSTRAC this year – this conference mobile app! As the sponsor your logo will be displayed on the welcome screen, on a top banner of the app, and on all promotions for the app.

Your logo and/or tag line will greet all attendees in the NASSTRAC registration area where they will pick up their materials.

Conference Breaks

(2 total): $5,000/Each

Two conference breaks will be held in the expo hall. During the break your logo will appear on the large screen acknowledging you as the break sponsor.

 

ONLY ONE CONFERENCE BREAK  IS STILL AVAILABLE 

Conference Breakfasts:

Two breakfasts will be held in the expo hall. During the breakfast your logo will appear on the large screen acknowledging you as the breakfast sponsor.

New shippers will be welcomed to the conference with an hour long new shipper’s reception.  The sign for the reception will branded with your logo and you will receive 5 people attend the reception to mingle with the new shippers.

Welcome Reception: $10,000

Everyone will be welcomed to the conference with a 1-hour welcome reception in the expo hall.  The sign for the reception will branded with your logo as will the bar napkins.

Monday Reception:

$7,500

After Monday educational sessions there will be a 1-hour reception in the expo hall.  The sign for the reception will branded with your logo as will the bar napkins.

We will close the expo hall on Tuesday night and end the expo with a 1-hour closing reception.  The sign for the reception will branded with your logo as will the bar napkins. NASSTRAC will leverage your submitted whitepaper that addresses a best practice or challenge. (NASSSTRAC has final approval prior to publishing).

Webcasts:

$3,500

Your company will be featured as a sponsor of a NASSTRAC webcast.  NASSTRAC will work with you on content and Strategy.

Newslink Newsletter Insert: $2,000

Pick the issues you want and NASSTRAC will insert your 8.5x11 pre-printed insert for a powerful impression (1 insert per company per issue - 4 inserts max per issue).

Thought Leadership/Article:  $1,500

You write your own article for NASSTRAC NewsLink (800 word max).  6 editions available to choose from. (NASSTRAC has final approval on all articles).

2016 Annual Conference Logistical Information


Due Dates and Timelines 


Please see below for important dates and timelines where your action is required for the 2016 NASSTRAC Shippers Conference & Transportation Expo.  Dates are subject to change.

  • Service Kit – February 22, 2016
    The service kit will be made available by Monday, February 22, 2016.  As a reminder, the service kit will only be distributed to those exhibitors who have sent in the total payments to exhibit at the 2016 NASSTRAC Expo.  Please look for the link to the service kit coming from the 
  • Logos and Company Descriptions – February 29, 2016
    Company logos may only be accepted in eps file format.  Your company logo and 100 word company description are due by Monday, February 29, 2016.  All submissions after this date cannot be guaranteed in our program and/or onsite signage.

Please join us for the 2016 NASSTRAC Shippers Conference & Transportation Expo at Rosen Shingle Creek in Orlando, FL! Enjoy the convenience and savings of staying on property at Rosen Shingle Creek in the Annual Conference’s room block. To take advantage of the special NASSTRAC room rate of $185 per night(excluding tax) for single and double bed rooms. Please make your hotel reservation by March 25, 2016; any reservations made after this date cannot be guaranteed the NASSTRAC room rate, nor can we guarantee hotel availability. Check-in is at 3:00 pm EST and check-out is 11:00 am EST. 

 

 


Please note that there will be an additional charge of $22.00 per additional person staying in the room (beyond 2 people).

The exhibitor kit will be provided by our General Service Contractor, Shepard, to all exhibitors with a $0 balance to exhibit. The kit will be mailed out beginning February 22, 2016 directly from Shepard to the representative noted on the original exhibit contract.
